Job summary

Ethos Engineering Ltd is seeking a BIM Technician to produce coordinated Revit models and drawings for data centre projects. You will join a BIM and Engineering team, focusing on MEP modelling, drawing production, and clash coordination to support the BIM Project Lead.

You will drive model health, ensure standards compliance, and coordinate with engineers and external consultants to keep deliverables aligned with project requirements and schedules.

Qualifications

• Experience in BIM delivery within MEP or multidisciplinary projects.
• Experience leading or coordinating BIM teams on projects.
• Experience on large-scale or complex projects (data centres).

Responsibilities

• Deliver coordinated, high-quality BIM models and drawings.
• Coordinate with Design Engineers and external consultants.
• Manage model health, file sizes, and performance.
• Ensure drawings extracted from models meet QA standards.
