Job summary

Asset Recruitment is seeking a Spatial Coordinator for a leading global engineering and consultancy company delivering projects across Life Sciences, Semiconductors and other high-tech industries in Ireland. You will support the development of project 3D Model review strategy and manage the 3D Model development/review process in line with the BIM Execution Plan.

Working with the Project BIM team, you will coordinate multi-disciplinary design, run model review meetings, and ensure timely

Progressive mindset towards innovation and technology enabled execution.
Strong attention to detail, interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Active management of multi-disciplinary services coordination and chair of internal and client coordination meetings.
Management of model review meetings, attendee lists, close out of comments.
Generation of summary metrics demonstrating review progress and timely issue resolution.
Control of the clash resolution/adjudication process using Revizto.
Participation in the development and execution of the BIM Strategy in alignment with design delivery strategy.
Liaise with client BIM/Spatial co-ordinator to agree principles for disciplines to follow.
Work with Project BIM team to run QC checks on disciplines modelling.
Actively liaise with disciplines to avoid clashes and promote clash avoidance.
Work with disciplines to resolve design issues prior to model reviews.
