Job summary

BAM UK & Ireland is hiring a BIM Coordinator (Digital Project Solutions) based in Cork or Kildare. You will deliver incidental geometry production, information validation, model coordination, and reporting, ensuring collaboration with project teams and client representatives.

We seek a motivated professional with 1–2 years in digital construction or digital facilities management, a basic ISO19650 understanding, and a drive to learn and grow within one of Europe’s leading construction firms.

Qualifications

• Team player with efficient time management and good communication.
• Interest in digital construction / digital facilities management.
• Basic understanding of ISO19650 and BAM information standards.

Responsibilities

• Support the management of the project information model for sharing with the project team and client.
• Ensure model coordination and mobilisation plans are in place and reviewed.
• Maintain compliant workflows in line with ISO19650 and BAM information standards.
• Monitor data quality (graphical and non-graphical) and report non-conformances.
• Implement digital processes on projects across the asset lifecycle.
• Collaborate with IT and DPS to ensure fit-for-purpose digital systems.
