Job summary

Arup seeks a skilled BIM Infrastructure Coordinator/Manager to join its Infrastructure team. You will lead civil/site BIM modelling, coordinate cross‑disciplinary design information, and manage project information delivery across national and international projects.

The role emphasizes hands‑on modelling, BIM governance, and mentoring colleagues within a collaborative, innovative environment that supports career growth in Ireland.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years’ relevant experience in civil/infrastructure projects.
• HNC/HND in Civil/Structural Engineering or NFQ Level 7+.
• Strong proficiency with BIM tools and standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate accurate 3D models of civil/site infrastructure geometry using BIM tools.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary design information with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Support BIM execution planning, information management requirements, and CDE workflows.
• Assist with model federation, clash detection, and issue resolution using Navisworks/Forma/iTwin.
• Mentor junior colleagues in BIM tools, processes, and project standards.
