Job summary

Global Professional Consultants is seeking a BIM Coordinator (MEP) to join a leading Main Contractor on a Data Centre project in Dublin. You will Produce and coordinate BIM models, clash reports, and project documentation while liaising with BIM, project, and engineering teams to support live and tender BIM delivery.

Applicants should have 3+ years in MEP modelling, an engineering background, and proficiency with Revit MEP, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience modelling Mechanical or Electrical systems.
• Engineering background preferred
• Proficient with Revit MEP, Navisworks, AutoCAD

Responsibilities

• Produce and coordinate collaborative 2D/3D BIM models, drawings, clash reports, and project documentation.
• Liaise with BIM, project, and engineering teams while managing incoming/shared models and supporting BIM delivery on live and tender projects.
• Assist, guide, and support BIM technicians and engineers across MEP BIM project coordination.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary €60,000 to €75,000 DOE

Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience in modelling Mechanical or Electrical systems.
• Mechanical or Electrical Trade or Engineering background would be an advantage.
• Excellent IT skills - Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Must have experience using Revit MEP
