Job summary

You will be responsible for the delivery of MEP building services projects using Building Information Modelling software. Candidates must have over 4 years of experience modeling Mechanical or Electrical systems.

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience in modeling Mechanical or Electrical systems.
• Background in Mechanical or Electrical Trade or Engineering.
• Experience using Revit MEP.

Responsibilities

• Produce collaborative 2D and 3D models using BIM software.
• Liaise with project teams.
• Monitor clashes and produce reports.
• Coordinate and monitor shared models.
• Support BIM technicians and engineers.
