Job summary

Procore is seeking a Bilingual Customer Support Representative (English/German) in Dublin to help customers understand and use our construction software. You will handle inquiries via phone, chat, and email, resolve issues on first contact when possible, and collaborate with product teams to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and German required.
• 1 year+ in contact centre or technical support, or 2 years in related customer support.
• Strong problem-solving and communication abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable and professional written/oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and maintain thorough understanding of Procore's platform to educate customers.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and diagnose root causes.
• Collaborate with SMEs/departments to resolve complex problems.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience via cases through phone, chat, and email.
• Maintain accurate documentation, data integrity, and security.
• Demonstrate positive attitude and teamwork while following processes.
• Adhere to Procore's culture and ethical standards in all interactions.
• Seek guidance from manager when appropriate.
