Job summary

• Troubleshoot issues, diagnose root causes, and find answers from resources.
• Collaborate with SMEs/departments to resolve complex problems and manage cases to resolution.
• Deliver a best-in-class experience with accurate documentation and data security.
• Maintain positive relationships with clients and teammates and follow processes.
• Seek guidance from manager and teammates when needed.
• Uphold Procore’s culture and ethics in every interaction.
