Job summary

Procore Technologies in Dublin is seeking a bilingual Customer Support Representative (TCSR) to help customers understand and utilise Procore's platform. You will assist via phone, chat, and email, resolving issues quickly and building customer confidence in the product.

The role reports to the Manager of Customer Support and offers 24/7 support coverage, with strong potential for growth into Custom Solutions, Documentation, Learning & Development teams, and more.

Qualifications

• 1 year or more experience in a contact centre or technical support environment.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and provide proactive advice.
• Reliable, excellent attendance, and time management.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and maintain a thorough understanding of Procore's products and integrations to educate customers.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and diagnose root causes.
• Collaborate with SMEs/departments to resolve complex problems.
• Manage cases via phone, chat, and email to deliver timely resolutions.
• Document interactions accurately and securely.
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude with customers and colleagues.
