Qualifications

• Fluency in English and German.
• 1 year or more experience in a contact centre or technical support environment.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and maintain understanding of Procore’s software and integrations.
• Thrive in high-volume, fast-paced contact center environment with KPIs.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and diagnose root causes.
• Collaborate with other Procore teams to resolve complex customer problems.
• Manage cases through phone, chat and email to deliver exceptional customer experience.
