Google Dublin is seeking an Accelerated Growth Consultant for the AGT Team within Google Customer Solutions. The role requires fluency in English and Spanish and a drive to deliver strategic advertising solutions that grow customers’ businesses.

With a focus on data-driven campaigns, you will engage with clients, lead strategic discussions, and translate goals into actionable plans. Equity and a 35% bonus target complement the detailed compensation package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience in sales, business development, advertising, account management, marketing, or consulting.
• Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to engage with clients in the region.

Responsabilités

• Lead strategic meetings to uncover marketing goals and KPIs and translate them into actionable campaign strategies.
• Drive campaign results, quantify business impact, and maintain account hygiene.
• Build and pitch data-driven solutions to maximize customer value through Google’s advertising solutions and manage objections.
• Analyze campaign data and ensure performance is tracked to deliver measurable results.
• Identify upsell opportunities to drive future customer growth and build pipeline.
