Qualifications

• Relevant third level qualification (engineering/construction discipline preferred).

Responsibilities

• Review tender documents, client requirements and submission criteria in detail.
• Produce clear, well-structured bid responses aligned to methodology, programme and deliverables.
• Coordinate inputs from internal teams (engineering, commercial, planning, H&S) and manage deadlines.
• Ensure submissions are accurate, compliant and consistently presented to a high standard.
