Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Project Manager BESS based in Ireland to lead Battery Energy Storage System projects across Europe. You will coordinate customers, EPCs, contractors, factories, and logistics to keep projects on track and ensure electrical designs and contractual requirements are implemented.

You will monitor risks, supervise installation teams, review electrical drawings, and drive resolution of technical challenges, enabling reliable and compliant energy infrastructure across markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or technical qualification in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, Energy Systems, Renewable Energy, or related discipline.
• 2-6 years of experience in project execution, site coordination, installation management, commissioning, or technical project delivery in the energy sector.
• Experience with BESS, ESS, PV systems, power infrastructure, substations, electrical installations, or related energy projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the execution of BESS projects across Europe from installation through testing, commissioning, acceptance and handover.
• Oversee on-site installation activities following project plans, schedules, and quality requirements.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and drive timely resolution of technical and execution challenges.
