Occupli Limited is seeking an experienced BER Assessor Trainer to deliver high-quality training for BER assessors in Ireland, on an independent contractor basis. You will develop learners' practical skills and confidence to perform accurate BER assessments in line with SEAI and QQI requirements.

The role emphasizes engaging online and in-person delivery, mentoring new assessors, updating content with industry developments, and contributing to Occupli's BER training resources.

Qualifications

• Significant practical BER experience with Ireland-based assessments.
• Experience delivering BER training and mentoring assessors.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and engagingly.
• Accreditation/registration with BER and SEAI where applicable.

Responsabilités

• Deliver engaging BER training online and in person per syllabus and lesson plan.
• Provide guidance on BER methodology, procedures and SEAI requirements.
• Deliver practical training on property inspections, data collection and assessments.
• Offer mentoring and feedback to learners; assess understanding.
• Update training content to reflect BER developments and industry changes.
• Support development of Occupli's BER training resources.
