Shoreline Hotel in Donabate, North County Dublin, is seeking an energetic General Manager to lead our 35-bedroom beachside property. You will drive day-to-day operations, develop the management team and shape the hotel’s growth strategy as the business expands in the coastal market.

The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences, growing revenue across bedrooms, dining, weddings and events, and maintaining high standards while controlling costs.

Qualifications

• An experienced hotelier with a track record in hospitality leadership.
• Strong commercial focus with ability to grow revenue.

• Take full responsibility for day-to-day management and performance.
