Job summary

Sigmar Recruitment is seeking a Bathroom Showroom Manager in Connacht, Ireland. This 40-hour week role includes every second Saturday off and focuses on leading the customer experience and sales performance in a busy showroom.

A customer-focused leader with experience in plumbing or bathroom products will thrive in a supportive team. You will advise customers on bathroom products, prepare accurate quotations, maintain compelling displays, and build strong relationships to drive sales and support

• Background in sales or showroom roles in plumbing & bathroom environments.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills with confidence to understand needs and recommend solutions.
• Strong commercial and sales ability with experience preparing quotations and converting enquiries into sales.

• Manage the day-to-day operations of a busy bathroom showroom, taking ownership of the customer experience and sales performance.
• Advise customers on a wide range of bathroom products, fixtures, fittings and accessories.
• Prepare accurate quotations and help customers find suitable solutions based on their requirements and budget.
• Maintain high showroom presentation standards, ensuring products and displays are always clean, organised and appealing.
• Build strong customer relationships while driving sales, providing excellent service and supporting the continued growth of the business.

What Skills You Need
