Job summary

Elite Talent Hub LTD in Cork is seeking a Showroom Sales Executive to deliver exceptional customer service, manage relationships, and drive sales.

You will be the go-to product expert for tiles and bathrooms, assist walk‑ins, generate leads, resolve issues, and keep the showroom well presented with stock control.

This full‑time role (39 hours/week) includes a pension plan, ongoing training, and health and wellbeing support.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to build and maintain productive relationships with customers.
• Previous experience in a customer service-focused role.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Capable of multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of tiles and bathrooms is desirable but not required.
• Plumbing or Bathroom knowledge/experience is a necessity

• Proactively engage with customers to enhance their overall experience and satisfaction.
• Establish yourself as the go-to expert on products and services, providing ongoing support.
• Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
• Handle general customer service inquiries.
