Job summary

Cpl Healthcare is recruiting for a Showroom Sales Executive – Premium Bathroom Solutions in Dún Laoghaire, Co. Dublin. The role is permanent, onsite, with a base salary of €40,000–€60,000 plus uncapped commission.

You will welcome customers, understand project requirements, and guide them to premium bathroom solutions. You’ll build relationships, manage opportunities from enquiry to close, and collaborate with Sales Support to maximise earnings and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' bathroom industry sales experience.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering excellent customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional and confident manner.
• Strong commercial awareness and a customer-first mindset.
• Self-motivated, proactive and able to thrive in a fast-paced retail sales environment.
• Experience using Intact Business Software would be an advantage but is not essential.

They are now looking to expand their sales team with an ambitious Sales Executive who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and driving sales growth.
