Job summary

Irish International Trading Corporation (IITC) is seeking a Showroom Sales Associate for our Cork Plumbing team. The role focuses on delivering high-quality customer service to both new and existing customers, while actively developing long-term relationships.

You will work closely with clients to ensure they maximise value from our bathroom and hardware offerings. The position is full‑time, permanent, 39 hours per week with a rolling Saturday roster.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in a customer service focused role.
• Excellent communication skills in a showroom setting.
• Organised with strong multitasking ability.
• Knowledge of tiles and bathrooms is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engaging with customers throughout their relationship to drive excellent customer experience and satisfaction.
• Position yourself as the expert on our products and provide ongoing support.
• Work closely with customers to resolve any issues efficiently and in a timely manner.
• General customer service and upkeep of the showroom.
• Generate sales and follow up on orders.
• Stock control and showroom maintenance.

IITC has one of the largest and most extensive bathroom showrooms in Ireland and, after our recent renovation, we are looking for a Showroom Sales Associate to join our Cork Plumbing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing customer service of the utmost quality to new and existing customers, managing and proactively developing long‑term customer relationships. Your job will be to work closely with customers to ensure they get the maximum value out of the services and products they have purchased from us.

Responsibilities:
