Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English are required.
• Experience in a busy hotel or high-volume hospitality environment is desirable.
• Experience with Micros POS system is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet regular guests by name and provide attentive service.
• Have good knowledge of menu items and wine; make recommendations.
• Be friendly, courteous, and professional at all times.
• Upsell and maximise sales revenue where possible.
