Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group is seeking a hospitality team member to warmly greet regular guests by name and maintain excellent product knowledge across food, beverages and wine. You will be friendly, courteous and professional at all times, while proactively upselling to maximise revenue in a busy hotel environment.

The role supports career growth through the Dalata Academy, with internal development opportunities and a welcoming, inclusive team culture across Ireland and beyond.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel experience in a 3/4-star hotel is desirable but not essential.
• Experience in a high-volume/fast-paced environment.
• Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
• Micros experience would be preferable.

Responsibilities

• Regular guests are known and greeted accordingly, using their names.
• Ensure a good working knowledge of food, all beverages and wine. Be able to make recommendations.
• Be friendly, courteous and professional at all times.
• Upsell and maximise sales revenue whenever and wherever possible.
