Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group plc is seeking a Receptionist to greet guests on arrival and ensure a warm and efficient welcome at our Galway property. You will register guests, process payments and provide local information to help guests make the most of their stay.

In this role, you will maintain guest records in our computer system, manage reservations, and assist guests with inquiries while keeping room keys secure. A friendly demeanor and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Capability to remain calm and perform well under pressure.
• Experience in 3/ 4-star hotel is desired but not essential
