Professionals At Play is hiring a Bar Team Member for the Roxy Ball Room in Dublin Temple Bar. This 18+ venue offers bowling, darts and games with a lively drinks and food service environment.

You will work in a large team, deliver great guest experiences, and contribute to a dynamic culture that blends hospitality with entertainment. Flexible weekend availability and a proactive, energetic attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in bar/ hospitality is preferred.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high standard of guest experience on every visit.
• Serve drinks and food to brand specs and training.
• Lead by example with strong teamwork and engagement.
• Maintain bar standards both front and back of house.

Offering a wide range of gaming options from duck pin bowling to tech darts, karaoke to ice-free curling, get your balls wet with beer pong or try your hand at the exclusive Roxy creation Crazy Pool! Set to a classic rock & indie playlist with a drinks menu to knock your pins down, Roxy Ball Room is the place to be.

Started by 2 brothers 11 years ago, falling under the Professionals At Play umbrella, we now operate 30 sites nationwide with many more to come! Our mission is to bring the playground to the bar.

• Ensure we are delivering the best guest experience for our customers on every visit.
• Serving great quality drinks, food and gaming experiences to the specs and training provided
• Leading by example through great team efforts and engagement
• Maintaining great standards both in front and behind the bar
