Roxy Ball Room Dublin Temple Bar is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead a large hospitality team in a high-energy 18+ venue. You will drive guest experience, oversee daily operations, and support the Area Operations Manager with KPI reporting across the business.

The role requires delivering top-tier guest experiences, managing a P&L, licensing and safety, and fostering a fun, engaging culture aligned with our brand standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Proven leadership with coaching and developing a winning team.
• Experience in managing P&L and licensing/safety requirements.

Responsabilités

• Deliver the best guest experience on every visit.
• Input on delivering quarterly business plans.
• Lead by example through training and development of the team.
• Manage P&L to meet financial targets.
• Oversee safety, security and licensing aspects of the business.
• Manage guest experience platform to improve service and standards.
• Maintain a fun culture using brand standards and ethos.
• Conduct monthly reviews with team members for growth.
• Ensure service standards and duty management during operating hours.
• Be an industry expert in duty management.
