Job summary

Professionals At Play seeks an Assistant General Manager for its Roxy Ball Room Dublin Temple Bar venue. This 18+ venue offers a range of games and a vibrant drinks menu, with a strong emphasis on staff culture and guest experience.

You will lead a team of up to 50, drive quarterly business plans, manage a P&L, and ensure safety, licensing and brand standards are upheld. A competitive bonus scheme and development opportunities accompany the role.

• Manage the guest experience platform to improve service and standards.
• Maintain a fun, engaging culture aligned with brand standards.
• Hold monthly reviews with your team to foster growth.
• Ensure service standards and duty management across operating hours.
• Be an industry expert in duty management.
