Job summary

MJ Wright's is seeking an experienced Senior Bartender to join our lively team in Dublin City Centre. On-site role with evenings, weekends and busy events. You will shake cocktails, pour pints, and deliver top-quality drinks with personality to create a memorable customer experience.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Serving top-quality drinks with confidence and personality
• Creating a great atmosphere and memorable customer experience
• Leading by example and supporting the bar team during busy shifts
• Keeping cool under pressure when the music's up and the bar's three-deep
• Managing stocks, cash handling, and helping to keep operations running smoothly

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in a busy bar environment
• Strong knowledge of beers, spirits, cocktails, and all things hospitality
• A natural people person with plenty of energy and banter
• Leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and busy event nights
