Cliff at Lyons is seeking a Bartender to join our hospitality team. You will prepare and serve drinks, oversee the bar area, and support junior staff to ensure smooth service.

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
• Oversee the bar area, making sure it is clean, stocked, and ready for service.
• Train, guide, and support junior bartenders and bar staff.
• Check stock levels, reorder supplies, and monitor inventory and bar costs.
• Handle guest questions, preferences, and complaints in a professional way.
• Support drinks menu development, promotions, and upselling.
• Follow alcohol service, hygiene, and safety procedures.
