Job summary

The Concorde Pub in Ireland is seeking a Senior Bartender to join our busy neighbourhood bar. You’ll lead by example behind the bar, craft cocktails, and deliver warm, attentive service to locals and visitors.

This hands-on role involves supporting management, training junior staff, and maintaining a clean, well-stocked bar. The position offers €16.00–€17.00 per hour, paid tips, and a friendly team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in Ireland.
• Must be able to lift and carry heavy objects (stock deliveries, kegs, crates) as part of daily duties.
• Eager to learn and strong work ethic required for Bartender position.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining composure.
• Leadership qualities and proactive problem-solving.
• High standard of presentation and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of cocktails or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve drinks to a high standard, including cocktails.

About the Role:

We’re looking for a Senior Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous bartending experience in Ireland and be confident behind the bar.

This is a hands‑on role where you’ll assist management in daily operations, lead by example, and help maintain a positive, professional, and fun working environment.
