Job summary

Cliff at Lyons in Co. Kildare, Ireland, is seeking a Bartender to join our luxury countryside retreat. You will prepare and serve a range of drinks, oversee the bar area, and ensure a welcoming, relaxed experience for guests.

The role includes training junior staff, maintaining stock and costs, and contributing to the ongoing development of our drinks menu and promotions. On-site employment with meals on duty and staff parking.

Qualifications

• Proven bartending skills and ability to mix and serve a range of drinks.
• Ability to upsell menu items and promotions to guests.
• Strong customer service mindset and guest interaction.
• Maintain cleanliness, stock levels, and bar safety procedures.
