The Hoxton in Dublin is seeking a friendly Barista to join our vibrant F&B team. You’ll craft espresso, create seasonal specials, and deliver warm hospitality to guests and locals alike.

Qualifications

• Previous bar tending experience and basic drinks knowledge.
• A natural people person – you’re confident behind the bar and brilliant with guests.
• Passion for hospitality – whether that’s a drink, a meal, an event or a bed for the night.
• You’re not precious. We leave our egos at the door and help get things done.
• A thirst for knowledge – be it product, service, or everything in between.

Responsibilities

• Create a fun and relaxed atmosphere where guests come to wind down and enjoy themselves.
• Know your product and systems inside out.
• Make whatever the mood calls for, from perfectly poured espresso to seasonal specials that keep things fresh.
• Work with the rest of the team in keeping things running smoothly.
• Be more than a Barista – willing to lend a hand and help the F&B team as a whole.
