Job summary

Industry & Co. on Drury Street, Dublin, seeks an experienced Head Barista to lead the café team. You will own day-to-day operations, maintain high coffee and service standards, and support the team’s development.

You will also contribute to shaping the café’s coffee programme and service standards, driving exceptional guest experiences in a welcoming setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a leadership role within a café or speciality coffee environment.
• Strong knowledge of speciality coffee preparation.
• Experience managing and training a team.
• Ability to lead service in a busy café environment.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.

Industry & Co. is looking for an experiencedHead Barista to lead our café team on Drury Street, in the heart of Dublin’s Creative Quarter.

Our café sits inside our design store with a hatch that opens out on to an inviting outside terrace and has become a destination for great coffee, good food and a welcoming atmosphere. We’re looking for someone who can take ownership of the day-to-day running of the café, maintain high standards of coffee and service, and support the development of our team.

You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the development of the café’s coffee programme and service standards.
