Job summary

The Hoxton Dublin is opening its first Irish hotel featuring 129 bedrooms, a lobby bar, historic bar, and multiple dining spaces. We’re building a team for a fast-moving hospitality environment where you’ll handle inventory, reconcile orders, and maintain stock to support smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in stock control or inventory in hospitality is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile incoming products with the order form, purchasing specs and delivery notes.
• Check all products to ensure they are the correct quantity and weight.
• Put away all goods delivered to the hotel.
• Compare prices on the delivery note with the order and escalate discrepancies.
• Maintain and organise delivery notes and invoices accurately.
• Conduct monthly inventory/stock checks and random spot-checks.
• Communicate well with others to ensure smooth operation.
• Maintain company guidelines for refuse storage and removal.
• General maintenance of all storage spaces and loading bays.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety and hygiene standards.

The Hoxton has opened its very first hotel in Ireland in the beautiful capital city of Dublin. This coastal city is steeped in history, packed with green parks and brought to life through music, art and the best social eating and drinking. We’ll be calling central Dublin home but first we need to pull together a team to help us bring the Hox to this new market. The Hoxton, Dublin will be home to 129 bedrooms of varying sizes, a lobby bar, historic bar, large ground floor restaurant and lobby restaurant.

Job Description

What you’ll do…

• Reconcile incoming products with the order form, purchasing specs and delivery notes.
• Check all products to ensure they are the correct quantity and weight.
• Put away all goods delivered to the hotel.
• Compare prices on the delivery note with the order and escalated discrepancies.
