The Hoxton Dublin is hiring a bartender to create a fun, relaxed atmosphere where guests unwind and enjoy crafted drinks. You should know the menu and systems well, and be ready to mix everything from soft drinks to seasonally changing cocktails, while collaborating with the F&B team for smooth service.

Qualifications

• Previous bar tending experience and basic drinks knowledge.
• Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
• A natural people person with confidence behind the bar.

Responsibilities

• Create a fun and relaxed atmosphere where guests come to wind down and enjoy themselves.
• Know your product and systems inside out.
• Make whatever the mood calls for, from soft drinks to masterful cocktails that change with the seasons.
• Work with the rest of the team in keeping things running smoothly.
• Be more than a Bartender - willing to lend a hand and help the F&B team as a whole.
