Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group plc is seeking a Bar Supervisor to lead guest-facing food and beverage service in our hotel environment. Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, you will ensure friendly, efficient service, maintain bar and dining areas, and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and excellent communication skills required.
• Experience in a hotel environment is desirable.
• Micros experience preferred.
• Flexible to work a variety of shifts, including weekends.
• Be a good team player and hardworking.

Responsibilities

• Operate Food & Beverage service according to SOPs.
• Ensure timely setup and ongoing maintenance of F&B areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in F&B areas.
• Control heating, lighting, and music/TVs to create a comfortable atmosphere.
• Provide efficient and friendly service to guests at all times.
• Upsell to maximize sales.
• Complete daily SOP checklists to uphold staff training standards.
• Execute daily and weekly cleaning checklists to ensure high hygiene standards.
