Dalata Hotel Group is seeking a Bar Supervisor to lead the Food & Beverage service in a hotel setting. You will ensure a friendly, efficient guest experience, supervise bar operations, and uphold brand standards across shifts. Prior hospitality experience and superb English communication are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in hospitality settings, serving customers and handling guest needs.
• Fluent English with strong communication skills.

• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
• Experience in high-volume environments is desirable.

Aufgaben

• Operate Food & Beverage service according to SOPs.
• Set up and maintain Food & Beverage areas.
• Keep areas clean and tidy at all times.
• Control ambience: heating, lighting, music/TVs for guests.
• Provide efficient, friendly service to guests.
• Upsell to maximize sales.
• Complete daily SOP checklists for staff training.
• Follow weekly cleaning checklists to maintain hygiene.

Reporting to the Food and beverage Manager, the Bar Supervisor will provide at all times a friendly and efficient service to the hotel guests.

What You Will Do

• Operate Food & Beverage service according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Ensure timely setup and ongoing maintenance of Food & Beverage areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in all Food & Beverage areas.
• Control heating, lighting, and music/TVs to create a comfortable atmosphere.
• Provide efficient and friendly service to guests at all times.
• Maximize sales through effective upselling.
• Complete daily SOP checklists to uphold staff training standards.
• Execute daily and weekly cleaning checklists to ensure high hygiene standards.

What You Will Need

• Previous hotel experience in a 3/4 star hotel property is desired but not essential.
• Previous experience in a high-volume/fast-paced environment.
• Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
• Micros Experience would be preferable.
• Flexible and available to work a variety of shifts, including midweek and weekends.
• A good team player.
• Are hardworking and dedicated to their role.
