The Moorings in Ireland is seeking a Bar Supervisor to lead a hospitality team and ensure top-tier customer service. The role focuses on staff development, service standards, and cost-conscious operations.

Ideal candidates have prior supervisory experience in hospitality, strong F&B knowledge, and a friendly, proactive attitude. Accommodation is supplied as part of the package, with flexibility in shifts and a high-paced work environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer satisfaction through promoting excellent service; respond to customer complaints tactfully and professionally.
• Maintain quality control for all drinks served.
• Excellent product knowledge to allow menu development, upselling & training.
• Analyse staff evaluations and feedback to improve the customer’s experience.
• Project future needs & ordering for goods, bar supplies, and cleaning products; order accordingly.
• Oversee health and safety regulation standards.
• Seek ways to cut waste and decrease operational costs.
• Train new employees and provide ongoing training for all staff.
