Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group is seeking a Bar Supervisor to deliver friendly, efficient service to hotel guests while managing Bar operations. The role supports a high-volume environment and requires flexible shifts, including weekends, with a focus on upselling and maintaining hygiene standards.

Reporting to the Bar Manager, you will be responsible for SOP compliance, bar area upkeep, and delivering excellent guest experiences across Dalata properties.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
• Experience in a high-volume hotel/bar environment is preferred.
• Able to work flexible shifts including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Operate Bar service according to SOPs.
• Ensure timely setup and ongoing maintenance of Bar areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in all Bar areas.
• Control heating, lighting, and music/TVs for a comfortable atmosphere.
• Provide efficient and friendly service to guests at all times.
• Maximize sales through upselling.
• Complete daily SOP checklists to uphold staff training standards.
• Execute daily and weekly cleaning checklists to ensure high hygiene standards.

What You Will Do

• Operate Bar service according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Ensure timely setup and ongoing maintenance of Bar areas.

What You Will Need

• Previous hotel experience in a 3/4 star hotel property is desired but not essential.
• Previous experience in a high-volume/fast-paced environment.
• Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
• Micros Experience would be preferable.
• Flexible and available to work a variety of shifts, including midweek and weekends.
• A good team player.
• Are hardworking and dedicated to their role.
