Zusammenfassung

Dalata Hotel Group plc is seeking a Bar Supervisor to provide friendly, efficient service to hotel guests under the Bar Manager. You will oversee bar operations, maintain bar areas, and help drive upselling in a busy hotel setting.

We emphasise growth through the Dalata Academy and internal opportunities, with a focus on teamwork, reliability, and high hygiene standards within our bars.

Qualifikationen

• Previous hotel experience in a 3/4 star hotel property is desired but not essential.
• Previous experience in a high-volume/fast-paced environment.
• Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
• Micros Experience would be preferable.
• Flexible and available to work a variety of shifts, including midweek and weekends.
• A good team player.
• Are hardworking and dedicated to their role.

• Operate Bar service according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Ensure timely setup and ongoing maintenance of Bar areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in all Bar areas.
• Control heating, lighting, and music/TVs to create a comfortable atmosphere.
• Provide efficient and friendly service to guests at all times.
• Maximize sales through effective upselling.
• Complete daily SOP checklists to uphold staff training standards.
• Execute daily and weekly cleaning checklists to ensure high hygiene standards.

Reporting to the Bar Manager, the Bar Supervisor will provide at all times a friendly and efficient service to the hotel guests.
