Dalata Hotel Group is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead service in our hotel outlets. Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, you will ensure friendly, efficient service, uphold SOPs, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and atmosphere across all F&B areas.

The role requires a flexible, energetic team player with hospitality experience, capable of starting early shifts (5am) and thriving in a busy environment.

Competenze

• Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
• Previous hotel experience in a 3/4 star property is desired but not essential.
• Experience in a high-volume/fast-paced environment.
• Flexible and available to work a variety of shifts, including midweek and weekends.
• Able to start 5am.

• Operate Food & Beverage service according to SOPs.
• Ensure timely setup and ongoing maintenance of Food & Beverage areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in all Food & Beverage areas.
• Control heating, lighting, and music/TVs to create a comfortable atmosphere.
• Provide efficient and friendly service to guests at all times.
• Maximize sales through effective upselling.
• Complete daily SOP checklists to uphold staff training standards.
• Execute daily and weekly cleaning checklists to ensure high hygiene standards.

Reporting to the Food and beverage Manager, the Food & Beverage Supervisorwill provide at all times a friendly and efficient service to the hotel guests.
