Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group in Ireland is seeking friendly, guest-focused team members for our food and beverage operations. You will greet regular guests by name, provide informed recommendations, and upsell to maximise guest satisfaction and revenue.

We offer training through the Dalata Academy, promote from within, and a comprehensive benefits package. Fluent English is essential; hotel experience helps, Micros knowledge is a plus, and all colleagues are supported to grow.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel experience in a 3/4-star property is desirable but not essential.
• Experience in a high-volume/fast-paced environment is preferred.
• Experience in a busy food and beverage operation is desirable.
• Fluent English and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests by name and ensure a welcoming service.
• Maintain good knowledge of food, beverages and wine; make recommendations.

Your Job

• Regular guests are known and greeted accordingly, using their names.

What You’ll Need
