Job summary

The Red Carnation Hotel Collection is seeking a Bar Person to join our luxury team at Ashford Castle, Cong, Co. Mayo. You will deliver personalised bar service, maintain a pristine bar area and collaborate with the Bar Supervisor to ensure guest satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have bar experience in a luxury setting, strong communication skills, and a keen eye for detail, with a proactive, team-oriented mindset. This on-site role includes weekend and bank holiday coverage.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional, 5-star service to guests, ensuring a memorable experience in the bar area.
• Clean and prepare the bar area before service, ensuring it’s well-stocked and ready for guest orders.
• Take orders from guests for drinks and food, delivering them promptly and professionally.
• Always maintain the bar and service areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Work closely with the Bar Supervisor and Bar Manager to ensure smooth operations and excellent guest satisfaction.

Bar Person - Luxury Hotel

We are looking for a Bar Person to join our team. We are looking for someone with previous bar experience and with excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail who enjoys delivering personalisedservice to guests.

Location: Ashford Castle, Cong, Co. Mayo, Ireland

Working pattern: 5 days over 7 (including some weekends & Bank Holidays)
