Dalata Hotel Group is hiring an Assistant Bar Manager at Clayton Hotel Ballsbridge in Dublin. Reporting to the Food and Beverage Manager, you will lead the Bar department and drive service excellence while managing budgets and costs.

You will recruit, develop and retain team members, set targets aligned with hotel strategy and oversee events to ensure outstanding guest experiences. Dalata offers internal opportunities and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Food & Beverage management role in a leading hotel.
• Experience in large conferences and events is a distinct advantage.
• Excellent Leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Bar department and execute the strategy to achieve goals.
• People leadership, including recruiting, retaining and developing employees.
• Set targets for the Bar team in line with the overall departmental and hotel strategy.
• Support/oversee events in the hotel to ensure excellence in service at all times.
• Manage the budget and cost-effectiveness of the department.
