Dalata Hotel Group is seeking a Food & Beverage Assistant at Clayton Hotel Ballsbridge in Dublin. You will report to the Food & Beverage Manager and Operations Manager, delivering friendly, professional service to guests while promoting the hotel’s dining experience.

The role requires previous hospitality experience, flexibility across mornings/evenings/weekends, and a strong emphasis on guest satisfaction. Training through Dalata Academy supports your development within the company.

Qualifications

• Previous experience is essential.
• Flexibility in working hours as the role includes mornings/evenings & weekends.
• Previous experience in a high-volume/fast-paced environment.
• Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
• Micros experience would be preferable.
• Experience in a hotel is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and efficient service to hotel guests.
• Greet regular guests by name and anticipate their needs.
• Know the food and wine menu and make recommendations.
• Upsell and maximise sales revenue where possible.
• Maintain cleanliness of bar and restaurant areas.
• Serve guests with food and beverages.
