Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group is seeking a Bar Manager at Clayton Hotel Leopardstown in Dublin. You will lead the Bar department, drive performance, and foster teamwork to deliver memorable guest experiences.

The role offers training through the Dalata Academy and collaboration with a skilled team in a vibrant hotel environment. With responsibility for people leadership, event support, and cost control, you will set targets aligned with hotel strategy and ensure exceptional service across all bar

• Leadership of a Bar/food & beverage team in a leading hotel.
• Experience in large conferences and events is an advantage.
• High standards and focus on customers.

• Monitor the standard of work to ensure the highest quality.
• Lead the Bar department and execute the strategy to achieve goals.
• People leadership, including recruiting, retaining and developing employees.
• Set targets for the Bar team in line with the overall departmental and hotel strategy.
• Support/oversee events in the hotel to ensure excellence in service at all times.
• Manage the budget and cost-effectiveness of the department.
