Job summary

Hawksmoor Dublin is recruiting a Bartender to join our busy bar team and deliver outstanding drinks and memorable moments for guests. You will craft cocktails, wine and beverages to Hawksmoor standards and work closely with the floor team to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve cocktails, wines, beers and soft drinks to Hawksmoor standards.
Deliver engaging, knowledgeable and friendly service at the bar.
Keep the bar stocked, clean and well organized.
Work closely with the floor team to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Learn and develop your cocktail and spirits knowledge.
