Qualifications

• 3-4 years Experience in Irish Hospitality.
• Proven experience as a Bar Manager or in a similar leadership role in hospitality.
• A strong understanding of bar operations, mixology, and inventory management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
