Job summary

Kinora Group in Dublin invites an exceptional Group Bar Manager or General Manager to steer operations across its celebrated independent cocktail bar portfolio and to spearhead the opening of a third site on Dublin’s south side.

You will oversee day-to-day performance, build and motivate top bar teams, protect and evolve drinks programmes with international relevance, and maintain tight GP, labour, stock control, and supplier management.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple venues at an executive level.
• Proven mixology background with involvement in award-worthy venues.
• Experience in Irish hospitality, with international exposure a plus.
• Strong commercial acumen with P&L accountability.
• Entrepreneurial, ambitious, and able to drive new venue openings.

Job description

We are currently looking for an exceptional Group Bar Manager or General Manager to join one of Dublin’s most celebrated independent cocktail bar groups. Their flagship bar was ranked in as one of the best top world bars in 2026. The flagship builds its menu around Irish spirits and producers, and its sister venue serves elevated classic cocktails in a heritage Dublin space.

With two venues trading strongly, the group is now planning its third site on Dublin’s south side. They want an ambitious operator to help open it and run it.

The role

You’ll be the operational lead across the group, working directly with the founder. You’ll keep the existing venues performing at the highest level and drive the opening of venue three.

About you

• Multi-site bar manager, group bar manager, or GM of a high-end bar or bar & restaurant who started out as a bar manager
• Strong mixology background, with experience in award-winning or top-tier venues
• Irish hospitality experience. Time spent working abroad and now back in Ireland is a real plus
• Commercially sharp, with real P&L exposure
• Entrepreneurial, ambitious and hungry. You want to build something, not just maintain it

You will be working alongside one of the most respected founders in Irish bar and lead the opening of a new venue for a group with global recognition across Dublin’s bar and drinks scene. We will consider candidates currently living in Dublin OR willing to relocate to this amazing city.
