Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group plc is seeking an Assistant Bar Manager to lead the Bar department and drive operational and financial success within the hotel. The role reports to the Bar Manager and Food & Beverage Manager and emphasizes people leadership and strategic execution.

We promote from within and offer Dalata Academy opportunities to develop essential skills. This position supports events and focuses on delivering exceptional service in a supportive, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Food & Beverage management role in a leading hotel.
• Experience in large conferences and events is a distinct advantage.
• Excellent Leadership skills.
• Experience in recruiting and developing employees.
• High standards and attention to detail; customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Bar department and execute the strategy to achieve goals.
• People leadership, including recruiting, retaining and developing employees.
• Set targets for the Bar team in line with the overall departmental and hotel strategy.
• Support/oversee events in the hotel to ensure excellence in service at all times.
• Manage the budget and cost-effectiveness of the department.

Reporting to the Bar Manager & Food and Beverage Manager, the Assistant Bar Manager will lead the operational & financial success of the Bar function.
