Crowne Plaza Dublin Blanchardstown is seeking a part-time Food and Beverage Assistant to join our Bar Team. The role leads in a fast-paced hotel setting, with afternoons, evenings, and late shifts, including weekdays and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in Food and Beverage service in a hotel or similar environment.
• Able to handle VIPs, regulars, and group attendees with professionalism.
• Strong customer service and cash handling awareness.

Responsibilities

• Carry out duties in Food & Beverage and Bar/Conference teams to the hotel standards.
• Handle guest queries promptly and meet guest requests, including special requirements.
• Maximise revenue through upselling and accurate sales recording.
• Create and update guest profiles in Fidelio system for groups and individuals.
