Sheraton Athlone Hotel, part of the Hodson Bay Group, is recruiting Food & Beverage Assistants for S Bar & Bistro and La Provence Brasserie. Work across a varied roster with weekday, weekend, daytime and evening shifts in a fast-paced, guest-focused setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality bar/restaurant or hospitality is an advantage.
• Positive, proactive approach with a focus on guest service.
• Calm, organised and efficient during busy service periods.
• Strong spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, personalised service that makes every guest feel welcome.
• Create memorable bar and dining experiences with confidence and professionalism.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, attentive and polished manner.
• Develop strong knowledge of menus, drinks offering and hotel facilities.
• Maintain high Food & Beverage standards aligned with four-star reputation.
• Prepare and maintain immaculate bar, restaurant and service areas.
• Follow cash-handling, billing, food safety and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth service.
